I bought insomniac-insanity.net on the 2nd of October 2007. The site was pretty cool for a while until I started getting bored with the name since I felt it was too long. I wanted something shorter, something I wouldn't get bored of as quickly as I did with insomniac-insanity. So on the 2nd October of 2008 I bought noir-rouge.net. It's french for black-red but I prefer to think of it as onyx-scarlet, just so it sounds fancy. I've never been one for being plain.
Why?
Well a long time ago when I was 14 I stumbled across the harrypotterfanfiction site. Anyways I became quite fond of a few authors stories on the site, and two authors in particular had the same type of subdomain. Intrigued, I explored both their sites, and I found that people could be hosted. When I went to their hosts site, she had said she was no longer accepting hostee's. And I felt kind of bummed so thats when I decided to try out freewebs for a while. At that time my gorgeous pumpernickel wifey Kate was also part of freewebs and she also had her layout site S.H.I.T up, so I used her layouts. Kate started teaching me bits and pieces of html and I soon became accustomed to the basics of coding. After a few months of opening up my freewebs site. For my birthday I decided I wanted my own domain. :D And thats when I ventured into the whole web-designing life style. I'm quite proud of myself as I've come a long way.
